Holiday Corfu

Hello this is my Blog for the Island of Corfu.
We had our first visit to Corfu as our “Honeymoon” twenty years ago and we have been returning ever since.
We stay to the south of Corfu Town in a resort called Messonghi and at time of our honeymoon there was a small disco at the crossroads called “Disco Limbo” we had some fun nights there!!
Corfu, Kerkyra, Corcyra or as it is known locally Kerkyra is the northernmost Island in the Ionian sea and the westernmost part of Greece.
You will find this a most enchanting place, densely covered in Olive groves and cypresses trees, whilst fringed by sandy beaches with shingle coves, complete with well equipped tavernas / resturants,hotels and tourist facilities.
